Application for Admission

All information must be completed or application will be denied. To secure a reserved place for your child, the completed forms and required deposit must be submitted to the Administrator. This is an earnest agreement. Registration and payment of fees contracts with VCHS to reserve a place for the student; all fees are non-refunfable.

CHILD PICKUP INFORMATION:

No one, other than those listed below, will be permitted to pick up your child unless you notify us in writing. State law requires that a student is to be released only to a parent or an adult designated by the parent. We do require legal identification if we are not acquainted with the person who comes to pick up your child. Driver's license will be asked for; so please alert those picking up your child.

From time to time, we release photos of students in various activities (sports, classrooms, honors, etc.) for publication in newspapers, school newsletters, on our school website, etc. If you do not wish to have your child's photo published, let us know by responding here.
